Safety Guidelines

We enjoy giving parties and having you visit our farm! However, to ensure everyone’s safety, we must ask you to observe the following guidelines and inform
your guests as well.
•        Everyone who enters the property must sign a release form.  Release form is available on the website. Everyone will be required to sign a release for
   before riding the ponies or the hay ride.
•        Absolutely no smoking.
•        No alcoholic beverages permitted.
•        Closed-toed shoes are required.
•        Only pet the horses and animals provided.
•        No feeding the animals.
•        Stay calm around the horses.
•        Two riders at a time permitted in the arena.
•        Helmets must be worn while riding.
•        All guests must stay in the party area and not wander around the premises.
•        Please make sure that your guests read the release form and the barn rules.   
•        Hair bows can be uncomfortable or make helmets not fit suitably.  Please read the “note about hairbows” to your right.
•        Children must be supervised by an adult at all times!!!
•        No open-toed shoes.  Dress suitably for a “farm” visit (not the beach or a pool).
•        Children 3 years old and under need a parent to walk beside the pony to help them hold on.

Please make sure your guests are informed of our safety guidelines.  It is your responsibility to make sure that your guests abide by them, as our staff will be
busy providing entertainment.

We hold parties on Saturdays and weekdays.  There is a
$40 discount for weekday parties.  Weekday parties are
currently scheduled from 11am-1pm M,T,Th, F .  Go to the
contact us page to get in touch with us for available times and      
dates.  We are closed on Sundays.

    Standard party package:
  • Price:
  • $215.00 for 2 hours
  • $50 nonrefundable deposit is required. Deposit
    must be paid and contract filled out within 48
    hours of the time you make your reservation in
    order to finalize your date.
  • Includes:
  • Up to 15 children
  • 30 minutes for you to set-up your
    decorations/food/etc. Tables and chairs are
    provided and will be set up for you. Decorations
    and tablecloths are not provided. If you require
    extra time, then the cost is $25 per half hour and
    must be paid in advance of the party. **See note
    below regarding decorations.
  • 15 minutes for take-down of your
    decorations/food/etc.  
  • 45 minutes of pony rides with 2 ponies led by our
    staff
  • Hay Ride:  Generally runs for 20 minutes during
    your pony ride time.
  • Games...supervised by you (Ex. bean bag toss,
    paddle ball, horseshoes ... games subject to
    change)
  • Petting time: Usually for 15 minutes or as long as
    children are interested.  Includes miniature
    horses, goats, and possibly other animals, if they
    are available.
  • Breezeway and table and chair rental for the
    duration of your party: for present-opening and
    cake-eating time.  Up to six banquet-size tables
    and thirty chairs are available. During this time, we
    leave you in private for you to enjoy socializing
    with your party guests.

**Since confetti, glitter, pinatas and other small types of non bio-
degradable decorations are a health threat to our animals their use
is prohibited. If you have a question about a particular decoration you
would like to use, please contact us.

Party add-ons:
  • Enjoy the comfort of a cooled or heated, pest free
    environment and rent a climate controlled space for your
    eating and present opening time.($50 extra plus $25 clean-up
    deposit that will be returned to you via Paypal the week after
    your party.)
  • Cowboy bounce house-length of party (picture to the right)
    (Add $169)
  • Extra pony (would make 3 total) (add $50)
  • Extra children (1-5: $5 each. Not to exceed 20 children total)
  • Barn tour ($15) A walk through the barn with an explanation of
    feeding routines.
  • Pony cart-30 mins. (add $50) Two children at a time can ride
    the pony cart
  • Additional time:  $25 per thirty minutes.  Maximum total party
    not to exceed 3 hours.
Florida law, statute 773.01 - 773.05  states:
An equine activity sponsor, an equine professional, or any other person shall not be
liable for an injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of
equine activities.
**A note about hair bows:  Children
are required to wear helmets to ride
the ponies, so we suggest that girls not
wear pony tails, pig tails, hair bows,
hair bands, etc. that would interfere
with helmet placement.  Riding
helmets have a fit similar to a bicycle
helmet.  Pony tails and pig tails that
will not interfere with the helmet.
