Welcome to Gingerbread Acres! We are conveniently located in Mandarin. Only 5 miles to 2000
acres of trails and 18 miles to the beach!
8 paddock boarding spaces currently available.
Stalls also available at higher rate.
Facilities: 8. 25 acres total space; pre-beginner cross country course in back pasture, small trail, 2 lighted
arenas, 17 stall barn, 2-3 wash areas, picnic area
Price: $250/month. Second horse by same owner $225/month

Must fill out boarding application, consent to background and credit check, and provide references
Must provide copies of current Coggins and shots.
Must keep Coggins and shots up to date.
Stall board: $10 day a day to pay for additional work and shavings. 3 bags of pelleted shavings in thoroughly
cleaned stall to start. 1 bag added per week. If additional shavings are required by horse, they will have to be
paid for.
Trailer storage: $25-35 per month

- Horse fed and watered twice a day, except Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Sundays a.m., when
only hay and water will be given. - Worming
- Feed and water bins
- Salt
- Shade
- Feed and hay storage space (two weeks' worth of feed and hay)
- Semi-private paddock
- Tack room space
Does NOT include and Owner MUST provide for horse:
- Grain and hay
- Stall space
- Feed and hay will be added for an additional $125 per month
- Clean paddock and feed and water buckets weekly
- Clean manure, weeds, and stale hay out of paddock; scrub water and feed buckets
- Nibble net or other APPROVED slow hay feeder.
