Virginia began riding Amy's (her mom's) horse, Kota, occasionally when she was four
years old, but her interest in horses really picked up in the fall of 2007 when she was
six. For this reason, Amy bought her a pony.
Lexy joined our "herd" in November of 2007. She is a 14-year old non-registered
Arab-Welsh cross. She has been a great pony for Virginia. We have been so pleased
with her.
Virginia has been making great progress riding Lexy. Virginia is active in 4-H, pony
club, and recently completed in her first hunter show. Virginia takes lessons from
Mrs. Joan Werner at Gingerbread Acres. Virginia also helps Amy with camp, lessons,
and she is responsible for handling the mini, Paco, at birthday parties. Virginia also
enjoys trail riding with her mom, Amy.
